An approach to land in Samedan Airport (IATA: SMV, ICAO: LSZS), also known as Engadin Airport. Its VFR only, visual at FL160 if I remember. You have to enter the valley and fly down it to land. Gorgeous. Done in the left seat on a Hawker 900.

This was the last of the three to leave to South Africa, and certainly the lowest flyby I've seen in a while!

A My Travel DC10-30. This is the first of three that went from RAF Kemble to South Africa (for £500,000 I think). The crew gave us a nice farewell flyby!

AWESOME! I wish the FedEx MD 10-10F I saw recently would have made a low pass. It was a retirement flight too for N562FE. Pilots missed their chance. Glad this crew went out in style!!

@@philmontejano5971 Yep. Including an ex SAS DC-10-30 that had an accident at JFK in 1983 or 1984. Repaired at JFK and sold to Fedex. Its FedEx name, is ABE.

my grandad used to work at Kemble airfield, I remember him taking me there one weekend to see these go (he had been told they were going then) but they didnt, but I spent all afternoon sat in his car with him looking at them. Now wherever I look there seems to be something DC-10! Nice to see a video of these at Kemble. Liked and favourited :)
your right, the last one is probably the other video, i think the last flyby was a lot more gentle, this one raised a few eyebrows

@@mr.propergaming1605 My god, there’s always one…. The DC-10 had issues in the 1970s, caused by MD’s rush to get it on the market to compete with the L-1011. However, after the infamous crashes and after the issues were fixed, it became a very reliable aircraft with a safety record comparable to other aircraft of the time.
